A partial solar eclipse happened on January 6, 2019. In Beijing, the solar eclipse began the moment the sun rose from the horizon. The eclipse was midway at about 8:30 a.m., and ended at 9:41 a.m. The photos were taken with a 70mm aperture refractor. When the moon was blocking the sun, we can see from the photo the edges of craters and mountains on the moon.
