China welcomes Pakistani FM to Beijing and praises Pakistan's efforts in fighting terrorism

China’s State Councilor Yang Jiechi and Foreign Minister Wang Yi welcomed Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif in Beijing. China and Pakistan reaffirmed the “all-weather strategic cooperation partnership” between the two countries. At a press briefing after talks between Wang Yi and his Pakistani counterpart, the Chinese foreign minster praised Pakistan for its efforts in fighting terrorism and noted that other countries should recognize this too.
