11th National Congress of the CDNCA concludes in Beijing

The China Democratic National Construction Association (CDNCA) is mainly composed of people from economic circles. It was established in Chongqing on December 16, 1945. During the late 1940s, the CDNCA united with industrialists, businessmen and intellectuals to help establish the People’s Republic of China. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the CDNCA worked with the ruling Communist Party and played an important role in the process of national economic recovery. The 11th National Congress of the CDNCA concluded in Beijing on Wednesday. Hao Mingjin was elected chairman of the party.
