China Take Over Day One : Beijing

published: 2017-06-17 00:00:03Very proud of my students here at SAIPU Academy in Beijing, China! Even with the language barrier they were able to grasp the concepts of FST-7 training! They absorbed knowledge about the IFBB as well as Evogen Nutrition! – Their support and love was unmatched and I appreciate the encouragement they gave myself and @missnarmin for the upcoming 2017 Olympia! – You all will be in my mind as I prepare for the #war4four and I look forward to coming back again soon! – Special thank you to @morganamou for assisting Narmin and I this weekend with teaching and translating for the students! –
