Director Rob Minkoff Joins Jury Of Beijing Film Festival

published: 2017-04-07 12:09:00 U.S. director Rob Minkoff is joining the international competition jury of the Beijing International Film Festival. The festival will kick off in the Chinese capital on April 16, 2017. On Friday at a press event in Beijing, the government-backed event unveiled its full jury lineup and the official selection of 15 international films that will compete for the festival’s annual Tiantan Award. Danish filmmaker Bille August, a two-time Palme d’Or winner and one-time Oscar winner, was previously named chair of this year’s jury .
